EARN $1 Commission for every Item Ordered!

  1. Refer a church, school, or organization by completing this form.
  2. Once your form is received we will check our database to make sure there is not an existing commission agent for your referral. Only one person per fundraising organization can receive commission.
  3. A customer service representative will contact you about your referral. You will need to provide your Tax ID or Social Security #, and the Tax ID # of the group you are referring in order to receive commissions.
  4. Once your referral places an order you will receive $1.00 commission for each item sold.
    For example: the referred church sells 1000 sheet sets, you will receive $1,000.00 in commissions.
  5. Please allow 10 business days from receipt of the referred organization’s payment for each commission check to be mailed to you.
